st installed in Brookfield Place in Toronto. Consisting of thousands of recycled plastic containers which have been washed, de-labeled, and strung together, this banal assemblage of cast-offs depicts a symbol of luxury and opulence while commenting on the glut of plastic in consumer society. Built from water bottles, sandwich trays, muffin tins, salad boxes, egg cartons, and more, the over-sized metamorphosis is elegantly unsettling, yet capable of filling the viewer with a renewed sense of wonder.
